As we welcome in a new year, it's a great time to reflect on the past and look forward to the future. This past year has been a challenging one for many, but it has also brought about new

I was born and raised in Historic Philadelphia! I learned valuable life lessons coming from a “blue collar” hardworking family that includes 6 siblings; 3 brothers and 3 sisters! At an early age, I could be seen throwing a football or swinging a hammer, day dreaming of becoming a professional football player, fireman or owning and remodeling my own house and properties. Working in my family's home remodeling company helped me to realize some of these dreams. And, at the age of 23, I bought my first investment property 'down the shore"! A few years later, I met the love of my life, Jean Marie on a blind date! Jean stressed the importance of education and as a result, I became the first in my family to graduate college and eventually went on to receive my Masters in Education! Go La Salle Explorers! I was working as an Elementary Education / Special Education Teacher when a chance meeting with one of the areas top agents, Mark Gatta, solidified my decision to also become a realtor. Our kids were chosen to participate in a local science fair. They setup their experiments next to each other and after a brief discussion with Mark about his life in real estate, I was SOLD! A couple months later, I was a certified agent and sold my first property! My life as the Teaching Realtor is an extremely rewarding experience where I get to educate and help others to buy, sell, or invest in real estate. Multiple clients of mine have expressed to me that having a former teacher as their realtor had provided immeasurable benefits. I guess I believe in some of the things they say because I am detail oriented, organized and have been told that I am an excellent negotiator ( my two daughters probably helped hone this skill). I am a professional communicator which also proves to be a tremendous asset in the world of real estate. I realized that I have become the real estate agent that focuses on service and the relationship, not just the commission check at closing. My family and I are involved in numerous charities and truly enjoy volunteering, helping children, and giving back to the community. We love practically all kinds of music and sports-especially our home teams! We currently reside in Bucks County where me, my wife and two daughters appreciate all the opportunities and beauty the area has to offer! If you’re looking to buy, sell or invest anywhere please contact me or as soon as possible! You won’t regret it.
